Episode Gading Serpong
The Indonesia Future of Learning Summit (IFLS) was born from the vision of REFO’s founder, Pepita Gunawan, to make high quality and affordable learning content more accessible to education stakeholders across Indonesia, while remaining deeply rooted in local context.
Now entering its fifth edition since its inception in 2019, IFLS 2026 continues to serve as a platform for meaningful conversations about the future of learning. Over the years, IFLS has explored the role of AI in education, from awareness and practical application to ethics, risks, and responsible implementation. Last year, IFLS emphasized that AI should not be embraced merely as a tool, but as a transformative force approached with purpose, responsibility, and a big heart.
Beyond just a conference, IFLS 2026 serves as a dynamic and collaborative village where educators, policymakers, innovators, and industry leaders gather. Together, we will move past the gimmicks, master the tools, and reclaim the human heart of education to collectively shape the future of learning.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming education, yet many institutions still use AI merely as a symbol of modernity rather than a tool for meaningful impact. Through the theme “AI-DUCATED: Truly Human in the Age of AI,” IFLS 2026 invites education stakeholders to move beyond surface-level AI adoption and rethink its true purpose in education.
IFLS 2026 explores how intentional AI integration can strengthen uniquely human skills such as critical thinking, creativity, resilience, leadership, curiosity, and lifelong learning. As Indonesia moves toward Generasi Emas 2045, IFLS 2026 encourages educators, leaders, and innovators to shape a future where technology serves humanity and AI becomes a catalyst for a more thoughtful, adaptive, and human-centered generation.
Over the past several years, IFLS has transformed from a visionary gathering into a powerful movement redefining Indonesian education. By uniting trailblazing educators, policymakers, and industry innovators, we aren’t just discussing the future, we are actively building it. Achieving Indonesia Emas 2045 demands collective action. This is your invitation to step into the village, join a vibrant community, and champion the human heart of education.
